Wine and Dine with Jason French and Adelsheim Vineyard

Jason French, head chef and owner of Ned Ludd, an American Craft Kitchen and Elder Hall, a Gathering Space and CEO and President, Joth Ricci of Adelsheim Vineyard, will prepare a dinner and wine experience that won’t soon be forgotten.

Inspired by classic traditions of farm-driven craft cookery, French’s menus perfectly embody his culinary philosophy of seasonally delicious fare. Adelsheim Vineyard is one of the first Oregon vineyards. Adelsheim wines offer elegance and reflect the unique flavors and textures that grow in the Willamette Valley. They use a restrained approach that relies on decades of experience to express the uniqueness of each vineyard and each vintage.

Paired together, Jason and Adelsheim Vineyards will provide a first-class culinary experience at Rob and Lynn Miller’s private Vintage Garage in downtown Portland.
